1. This Whitepaper has been prepared on the occasion of the issuance of Tokens, corresponding to the Pre ICO CB and the ICO CB (Initial Coin Offering or Initial Issuance of Cryptocurrency) together (Pre-Sale and Sale).
2. Investors are warned that:
a. The investment described in this Whitepaper involves the assumption of a higher risk than that involved in investing in securities or financial instruments of companies listed on a stock exchange or other regulated markets.
b. There is currently no legislation specifically regulating (i) the processes of initial issuance of cryptocurrency or ICOs or (ii) the legal nature of the rights derived from the subscription, ownership or holding of cryptocurrencies or tokens.
c. The custody of the cryptocurrencies or Tokens to be issued is not performed by an entity authorised to provide investment services.
d. The ICOs, as well as the custody of the cryptocurrencies or tokens, are based on what is known as distributed ledger technology or blockchain, a novel technology that is not risk-free, as described below.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, investors are cautioned that Token holders will not have any of the rights normally associated with holding shares representing the share capital of corporations (such as, but not limited to, voting or dividend rights), in respect of the issuer of the ICO CB described in this Whitepaper,
f. The market price of the Tokens on the Exchanges on which they are listed is unpredictable and the Tokens may be worthless. The ICO CB investor understands and accepts that, due to the unpredictability and uncertainty of the market price, the value of the Tokens may fluctuate and vary, and the investor assumes all possible losses in value of the Tokens.
g. The ICO Investor understands and agrees that its purchase of Tokens is subject to the terms of this Whitepaper.
h. Investing through the ICO (Initial Coin Offering) procedure assumes an additional risk to investing in financial assets as it does not have the status of debt (creditor) or equity (shareholder) and the business itself may be successful and at the same time the Token itself may not appreciate.
i. Internal risk to the ICO may also be a risk to the economy and arises from political fragmentation and uncertainties arising from the political situation, which may have an impact on the reform agenda and fiscal adjustments or affect economic growth.
j. The investment through this ICO is aimed at financing a collaborative productive investment which is still in alpha phase and may undergo modifications.
3. Investors are also advised that in order to fully understand the information contained in this Whitepaper and to make any investment decision in relation to the issue described herein, it is necessary to read this Whitepaper carefully and in its entirety.
4. This Whitepaper has not been verified or registered in the official registers of the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores ("CNMV"). The ICO described in this Whitepaper is exempt from the obligation to publish a prospectus.
5. The ICO CB described in this Whitepaper has not been rated by any credit rating agency.
6. Investors are cautioned that the features described in this Whitepaper are subject to change based on technical limitations, legal, regulatory or product strategy changes during the course of development.
